Roald Dahl Boy Tales of Chidhood

I have finished Roald Dahl's book Boy Tales Of Childhood. This is a completely true book of how Roald Dahl's Childhood went. Weather it was putting a dead mouse into a horrible laddie's sweetie jar, or watching his ancient-half-sister get her appendicitis removed, all of these stories are true!

"An Autobiography is a book a person writes about his own life and it is usually full of all sorts of boring details. This is not an autobiography" Roald Dahl written this in the back of his book, and it's true! Roald Dahl had one of the most..unusual..childhood I've ever heard of. When he was sent to boarding school, all of his masters (not "Sirs" in those days) and Matrons were like deadly cannibals, waiting for a moment to pounce on the poor boy who didn't even realise he was doing something wrong.
Even though Dahl had a horrible boarding school, he said it was worth going there to enjoy the luxury and pleasure of coming back home!
Roald Dahl has also made a book called "More About Boy". So I'm assuming this is more about his childhood. I just can't wait to get it!

What I want to do when I grow up!

I've already clearly decided where I would love to work... Mojang. Mojang is the amazing game creating company that has created many games (including Minecraft!) Some of these games are Cobalt, Cave Game (Original Minecraft) and probably the most popular is Minecraft. The reason why I want to work here is because I have loads of great ideas for future MC updates. Here are some:

1. Make more mods into minecraft (example: add the Doggy Talents Mod)
2. Make mods easier to install and bring the Mod Folder into Reasource Packs Folder.
3. Make bats tamable with honey.
4. Add honey and honey trees.
5. Make Witches and Huts more common in Swamp Biomes.
6. Add Notch.
7. Add Herobrine back into the game and have a setting to disable him.
8. Make more Tamed Wolf and Untamed Wolf textures.
9. Add more NPC Models.
10. Make more tamable Mobs
11. Add more Bosses
12. Add The Aether Mod
13. Add the Mars Mod.

Live Butterfly Garden!

About a week ago I bought a Live Butterfly Garden kit by InsectLore! You have to mail a coupon to InsectLore and they'll send you a tub with five (or ten if you ordered the kit online) tiny caterpillars and their food in the tub! You can watch the caterpillars grow ten times they're size. Eventually, they'll hang upside down in Chrysalis and then you have to carefully get the Caterpillar to hang on a safety pin and stick it in the mesh of the environment. The whole process takes about 4 weeks and you get to set the butterflies free at the end!

When you have the butterflies, you can decorate their environment with flowers, twigs and nectar (which you can make yourself!). A nice tip is:  if you put honey on your finger and stick it in the environment with the butterflies, they'll land on the honey finger and they'll drink it off!

The RSPB

This is a Barn Owl flying.

I just joined the RSPB! This is a charity (Like RSPCA) that tries to stop birds from becoming extinct. When you join the RSPB, you get loads of things like: a membership card, magazines and choices of gifts! I was supposed to get the kid's magazine, but the nice man advertising the RSPB give me a teenage one and a kids! One of the other good things is that the teenage magazine is totally written by teenagers! 
He also gave me something very special, it was his own bird badge! I was so grateful for that that I'm not letting it out of my sight!
In the teenage bird magazine, there was something that caught my eye. "Raptor Factor" Raptors are just birds of prey and they had most of them written down with pictures and descriptions! A long time ago, when I was going to Brownies I said I saw a Barn Owl. Mam said I couldn't have seen one because it was bright outside. However, it turns out Barn Owls, Short-Eared and Long-eared Owls fly in the day as well as night!
Common Buzzards are slightly mixed up with Golden Eagles, even though the Golden Eagles are about 2-3 times the size of common buzzards!

Minecraft 1.6!!!!

Sorry I haven't blogged in awhile; I've been moving house and recently something extremely exciting has come! Minecraft 1.6!! Every "Minecraft-er" has been waiting for this! The Horse Update! Adds leads, carpets mules, donkeys, horses, horse Armour, and more! The disappointing thing is.... (Texture-Pack lovers will hate this...) You have to find the texture packs again, it deletes them. That is annoying. But other than that everything is epic! New minecraft launcher as well!
Some little tips:

1.  If you are riding a horse/donkey and press E, you can put horse armour and saddles on your horse.
2.  With leads, you can walk dogs, cats and horses. You can also tie them to fences.
3.  To tame a horse all you have to do is get on the horse a few times and let it kick you off. Eventually, you can put a Saddle on it and steer just like a pig but without the Carrot On Stick!
4.  When you use the "Spawn Horse" spawn egg, it has a fifty-fifty chance of Spawning a Donkey.

About moving house, I moved to a beautiful house in Linconshire! There's a lovely Two For One pub and a Tesco just round the conor! There's lots of animals around and excellent paths for taking Maisie down for walks! It is a five bedroom/two floors and I claimed both of the attic bedrooms and the bathroom as mine! My bedroom's pink, bathroom's green and my play room is gonna be beige with posters everywhere!
